When can you fully say you’ve achieved peace?
Even for just a split second in time.
My first “real” experience happened a few nights ago.
I was in my bed and I decided for that night I was going to keep my blinds up. I then turned on some instrumental music and turned off my lights. As the brightest moon shined on me, as I was in my cosy blanket, listening to soothing music I realised I had achieved peace. Even for just a few minutes.
And it was amazing.
